The girl has talent and can move. This video of Josy Carver shuffling to Parov Stelar’s Booty Swing is starting to go viral. She doesn’t have the same polish as Forsythe’s version. But it’s easy to see how this video, though posted several months ago is starting to go viral. It makes even a stodgy old man like me wax nostalgic for the days when gangstas were zoot-suited and class-over-swag were the currency of cool.

Thoughts on Remaking The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo
I saw the original Swedish version of The Girl With a Dragon Tattoo a couple of months ago and really liked it. It’s a dark movie but it was strong in story and characters. The intro to the 2011 version is fantastic.
The new one came out and I recently went to see it with a friend.
