Mars Rover Curiosity Hot Wheels Toy

I walked into the office and this little guy was waiting for me at my desk. Thanks Matt Scott!

Curiosity is a car-sized rover that recently landed on Mars thanks to NASA. In celebration of such a cool machine, Mattel is now producing a Mars Rover Curiosity Hot Wheels toy.

Listed on the back of the toy is the following info:

Mars Landing: August, 2012
Birthplace: Pasadena, CA, USA
Designer: NASA/JPL-Caltech
Specialty: This car-sized rover is actually a wheeled robot, rocket-launched to Mars in 2011. Curiosity carries many tools such as a drill, cameras, and a laser. Its mission: to see if Mars could have ever supported small life forms called microbes…or if humans could explore there someday!
