Hecq – Enceladus (ft. Skyence)

Enceladus by Hecq is one of my favorites songs for getting “in the zone“. The track combines a deep bass reminiscent of the Tron: Legacy soundtrack while maintaining a smooth dubstep aesthetic. I thought I’d share a little bit about the moon of Jupiter which the track is named for.

Saturn has 62 moons, Enceladus is the sixth-largest. William Herschel discovered Enceladus in 1789. Similar to Jupiter’s moon Europa, Enceladus appears to have liquid water under an icy surface. However, unlike Europa, from its icy surface Enceladus ejects water ice particles into space from ice volcanoes on its south pole.

Aside from being named the sweetest spot for alien life, Enceladus is a sweet groove sure to get your head going.
